Clothing and equipment: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item(s) are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached). Customized or special order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Membership fees: Membership fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so in writing at least 30 days prior to the expiration date of your membership. If you cancel your membership within 30 days of the expiration date, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Other fees: Fees for other services, such as private training sessions or special events, are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as illness or injury.
