MMA

MMA is as much about conditioning as it is about combat. Cobra Thai’s MMA classes build strength, endurance, and durability, integrating functional movements that reflect the demands of a real fight. You’ll work heavy bag strikes, sprawl drills, wall wrestling, positional control, and situational sparring — all designed to improve your ability to dominate inside the cage or in a self-defense scenario. Our instructors bring competition-tested techniques with real coaching cues, ensuring your progress is measurable. Whether you’re a striker learning to grapple or a grappler finding your hands, this is where fighters are forged.

Wrestling

A great wrestler doesn’t just take you down — they keep you down. Wrestling builds dominant athletes through repetition, technique, and positional understanding. Cobra Thai’s wrestling program focuses on key skills: riding time, breakdowns, escapes, and scrambles. Our drills train reflexes, balance, and tenacity. You’ll learn to fight from neutral, top, and bottom positions — with the ability to recover, reverse, and return. Wrestling is the engine that drives champions across combat sports. Mat control, cage control, life control — it all begins here.

Boxing


 Boxing is pure, powerful, and poetic — a blend of rhythm, timing, and power. At Cobra Thai, we teach you how to punch with purpose, move with precision, and defend with intelligence. Our program covers fundamentals like jab-cross mechanics, head movement, footwork, and counterpunching. Whether you're training for competition or self-defense, boxing builds sharp reflexes and explosive hands.

Dutch Kick Boxing

Dutch kickboxing is a popular striking art known for its lethal low kicks, heavy hands, spinning back fists, explosive power, and non-stop aggression. It was developed in the Netherlands, combining techniques from Kyokushin karate, Western boxing, and Muay Thai. Dutch kickboxers use Kyokushin-style kicks to the legs, head, and body, as well as boxing combinations for explosive finishes. They also train harder than most other martial artists, using repetition of long drills to internalize their skills. Trimmed toenails are necessary for training.

Cobra Training
