MMA

MMA is as much about conditioning as it is about combat. Cobra Thai’s MMA classes build strength, endurance, and durability, integrating functional movements that reflect the demands of a real fight. You’ll work heavy bag strikes, sprawl drills, wall wrestling, positional control, and situational sparring — all designed to improve your ability to dominate inside the cage or in a self-defense scenario. Our instructors bring competition-tested techniques with real coaching cues, ensuring your progress is measurable. Wrestling

Cobra Thai’s wrestling program focuses on key skills: riding time, breakdowns, escapes, and scrambles. Our drills train reflexes, balance, and tenacity. You’ll learn to fight from neutral, top, and bottom positions — with the ability to recover, reverse, and return. Wrestling is the engine that drives champions across combat sports. Boxing


 Boxing is pure, powerful, and poetic — a blend of rhythm, timing, and power. At Cobra Thai, we teach you how to punch with purpose, move with precision, and defend with intelligence. Our program covers fundamentals like jab-cross mechanics, head movement, footwork, and counterpunching.
