COBRA THAI Membership Terms & Refund Policy
By purchasing any membership, programme, or service from Cobra Thai MMA & Fitness Academy, you agree to the following terms.
1. Membership Activation & Validity
Memberships begin on the start date selected at purchase or on first attendance, whichever is earlier.
Membership validity runs continuously for the full duration purchased.
Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the individual enrolled.
2. Membership Fees – Strict No Refund Policy
All membership fees are strictly non-refundable once activated.
This applies in all cases, including but not limited to:
Non-attendance or partial attendance
Medical issues, illness, or injury
Change in personal circumstances
Relocation, travel, or work commitments
Dissatisfaction after joining
Once a membership has commenced, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued.
3. Medical Fitness & Responsibility
Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate before enrolling.
Cobra Thai does not require medical certificates prior to joining unless explicitly stated for specific programmes.
Any medical condition arising before or after enrolment does not qualify for a refund.
4. Freezes & Extensions (Discretionary Support)
In limited cases, Cobra Thai may, at its sole discretion, offer:
Temporary membership freeze
Validity extension
Reactivation support at a later date
These are goodwill gestures, not entitlements, and:
Are subject to management approval
Are time-bound
Do not apply to all membership types
Do not replace or convert into refunds
5. Class Access & Scheduling
Class timings, formats, and coaches may change due to operational requirements.
Such changes do not entitle members to refunds or extensions.
6. Conduct & Termination
Cobra Thai reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for:
Misconduct
Unsafe behaviour
Violation of gym rules
Abuse towards staff or members
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Martial arts training involves inherent physical risks.
By enrolling, members acknowledge and accept these risks and train at their own discretion.
Cobra Thai is not liable for injuries except where required by law.
8. Retail Products (Clothing & Equipment)
Retail items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided:
Items are unused, unworn, unwashed
Original tags and packaging are intact
Customised or discounted items are non-returnable.
No refunds are issued on used items.
9. Personal Training, Events & Programmes
Fees for:
Personal training
Workshops
Events
Camps or special programmes are non-refundable once booked, unless explicitly stated in writing.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of any fee constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Cobra Thai reserves the right to update these terms at any time
